Illusion Film was founded in 1990 by producers Johan Falemark and Peter Hiltunen.

Illusion Film was for 25 years from 1990 to 2015 positioned as a successful independent film production company. Producing award-winning commercials, feature films and best-selling television drama for the international market. Focusing on telling great stories for all major distribution platforms and for all markets. The company has since 2015 managed rights for the film company’s productions and is owned by Drago Films AB and Fälemark Film AB.
